Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payment

Your remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If you cancel before this date, your balance will be refunded in full.

Cancellations Within 60 Days of Departure

Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
No exceptions can be made outside of this policy as we are a small group (and to be able to keep it this way) there has been much time and effort put into the planning of this.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. This protects your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
